Project inquiries
The project brief is prepared locally in your browser. Preparing, copying or downloading it does not submit it to our server. The email action opens a draft addressed to sales@firstglowsites.com in your email application. Review and send that email yourself. You may instead email us directly. Your email provider and Zoho, our mailbox provider, process sent correspondence.
When you contact us, we receive what you send, such as business name, email, project requirements, references and attachments. We use it to respond, prepare a quote, provide agreed services, manage billing and keep business records. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive customer data by inquiry email.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments and billing details. We receive payment status and relevant billing records; we do not ask for full card numbers in the website brief or email. Vercel hosts the website and may process request and security logs, including IP address and browser/request information. Google Fonts supplies fonts and receives standard requests when those fonts load. Providers process data under their own terms and notices. We share project information with a service provider only where needed to provide the agreed service or meet an obligation.
Offer preferences
We use browser session storage only to remember dismissal of the website offer pop-up for this browsing session. You can reopen the offer from Pricing. This preference is not sent to us. An offer code in a link or brief identifies the requested promotion; it does not identify you by itself. The code is included in correspondence only if you choose to send your brief.
Tracking and records
No advertising trackers, marketing analytics or marketing cookie tools have been added to this website. We do not sell inquiry information. Correspondence and project records are kept while needed for active work, follow-up, accounting, disputes and applicable obligations. We review inactive records for deletion or minimization; we do not promise immediate deletion of records we must retain. Copies may persist in provider backups according to their retention practices.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, provide a copy where applicable, or stop marketing contact by emailing help@firstglowsites.com. Marketing opt-outs are recorded to prevent further outreach. Service and billing messages may still be necessary for an active agreement. We verify requests appropriately and respond under applicable requirements. The site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children.
Our services and providers operate in the United States and may process information in other locations. We update this notice when our collection or service process changes. A client's own website needs a privacy notice appropriate to that client's actual practices.
