Your project comes first
An inquiry or free concept creates no purchase obligation. Before paid work, both parties approve a written project order naming the customer, pages, features, content, revision rounds, price, schedule and exclusions. The accepted project order and these terms form the service agreement. Changes require written agreement on cost and timing.
Build payments and revisions
Standard builds require 50% after acceptance of the project order and 50% after customer acceptance, before production launch. We send a Stripe invoice tied to that order. Expanded pricing is a starting price; the order confirms the total. Applicable taxes and separately approved third-party costs are identified before payment. A revision round is one consolidated feedback list within the agreed direction.
You may request cancellation in writing. We stop further work and provide an itemized account of completed work and pre-approved nonrecoverable costs. We refund any unearned advance payment; an advance is not automatically forfeited. Completed work is valued at the milestone prices in your order, or the agreed hourly rate where expressly included, capped by the approved scope. Disputed amounts are reviewed with you before further collection. Mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected.
Website build offers
GLOW10 gives 10% off, GLOW15 gives 15% off and GLOW20 gives 20% off an eligible new Business or Expanded website build. One code per project; offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively to an accepted order. Launch, hosting, care, domain registration/renewal, additional work, third-party costs and tax are excluded. Expanded discounts apply to the agreed eligible build scope, not separately quoted integrations or third-party charges. We confirm scope, code, savings and final price in writing before either party accepts the project order.
The discount reduces the total eligible build price. The 50% deposit and remaining balance are calculated from that discounted price, with any rounding penny allocated to the deposit. Any applicable tax and separate services are identified in the order. Entering a code in an inquiry does not create a purchase, reserve capacity or authorize a payment. We do not use a countdown or claim a deadline unless an actual offer end date is stated.
Content, ownership and handoff
You supply accurate business facts and materials you have permission to use, and approve final content. Custom work made specifically for you transfers after full payment. Third-party fonts, images, software and reusable tools retain their own licenses; we identify relevant limits and provide the agreed export or handoff. Domains are registered for the customer's benefit using accurate authorized registrant details. Cancellation does not transfer ownership to FirstGlow.
Hosting and care
Managed hosting is $49/month or $539/year. Care includes hosting plus up to 30 minutes of content edits per month for $99/month or $1,089/year. Edit time does not roll over, including annual plans. New features, redesigns and paid tools are separate. Extra work is quoted in advance at $95/hour; no extra work is billed without approval. Support is handled through help@firstglowsites.com during business days. We do not offer 24/7 staffed support or a guaranteed resolution time.
Ongoing service starts at launch or the date written in your order. The order specifies monthly or annual billing, payment dates and any automatic renewal. Recurring billing requires separate express consent; buying a build alone does not authorize it. Until automatic billing is agreed, renewal is by a reviewed invoice. Request cancellation by email before the next renewal; we confirm the effective date and stop future renewals. Existing prepaid service normally continues through the paid period unless we agree another arrangement. We coordinate an orderly export, domain transfer and hosting handoff; the order identifies transfer work and any separately approved cost.
Domains
Standard domain registration and renewal management is $29 per year where registrar cost is at most $15. Premium and higher-cost domains require a separate approved quote. This is a management service, not a promise of a fixed registrar price. Domain payment timing follows registrar renewal deadlines, which may precede expiry and differ from website launch. We notify you of renewal cost and deadline in advance. We verify the registrar order and new expiration separately from payment. If you cancel, we help arrange transfer before the registrar deadline; please keep registrant contact information current.
Launch and service boundaries
We test the agreed pages, links and any included form delivery, obtain customer acceptance and verify the balance before launch. Search metadata is included as scoped; rankings, traffic, leads and sales are not guaranteed. Hosting depends on third-party infrastructure. Custom applications, stores, booking systems, certification audits, extensive copywriting and integrations require a separate scope. We do not promise unlimited edits, uninterrupted service or automatic prospecting.
Questions or problems
Email help@firstglowsites.com with your project name. We review billing concerns, incomplete work, cancellations and service issues with you and keep a written record of the agreed resolution. Contact us before sending passwords, banking information or sensitive customer records; ordinary inquiry email is not a secure channel for those materials.
